The HQSC is about to commence a project on developing co-design within the Primary Care Sector. The intention is to foster collaboration between local primary care teams to build capability in co-design, raise awareness of patient & consumer engagement, increase knowledge of service design methods, and apply these principles to a project of choice. The focus of this work will be achieving equity in health outcomes.
