The members approved the proposed strategy at the March 2019 AGM. Future consultation with members and stakeholders will allow the College to make minor adjustments, year by year, whilst remaining on path to achieving our objectives.
At the 2020 AGM, members voted to include a strategic objective that the College should include “advocacy and support in general for members’ working conditions and welfare”. We are currently consulting on the scope and implications of this objective.
