Do you learn by a song. Heres a song about the serious causes of headache. This is one of those situations where it is good to have a song stuck in your head. Remember if the history or exam suggests serious or if the treatment is ineffective may need CT/LP/Labs!

So why not another measles update. Auckland has topped 410 cases as of Monday. We had a reminder to use nasopharyngeal swabs or throat swabs for PCR not buccal. But where does a buccal swab end and a throat swab begin? Still working that one out. The main treatment is prevention.
