UCCIS version 2 has been live since the 7 April 2026. Whilst mostly successful, we have noted some minor bugs and issues. Thank you to those who have remailed to let us know of issues that they have noted. The table below summarises the main issues noted. We will maintain this table until issues are resolved.

 

Issue Status / Notes
Clinical hours not counting
  • Some hours may not reflect in your total if they were not correctly associated with an approved facility in UCCISv1. There is no need for immediate concern; our team will reconcile and correct these entries during your annual compliance check.
  • Please ensure that you have listed your workplaces in the Education and Employment tab. Please identify you ‘primary’ workplace (this will allow us to develop our workforce strategy).
Core Skills are not counting properly
  • This has been resolved.
Unable to add some activities
  • Some members could not add activities because they could not select a date.  This was a browser problem and is now resolved.
TPS/CPD items not counting towards progress
  • This is occurring due to tighter UCCIS v2 requirements.
  • Most items will need manual fixes at compliance time.

Workplaces cannot be deleted
  • This has been resolved.
Feedback on CNAs and MSFS from DCT/DPD is not currently visible to users
  • This is an error and we are working on it.
Some waived activities not counting as waived
  • This has been resolved.
Peer groups The peer group functionality is yet to be launched. Please bear with us.
Custom plans not visible (eg special circumstance, ITAP, etc) This is not yet launched. Please contact the CA/TPC if you need to see what your specific requirements are. This does not stop you loading activities. We will advise when the functionality is available.
