UCCIS version 2 has been live since the 7 April 2026. Whilst mostly successful, we have noted some minor bugs and issues. Thank you to those who have remailed to let us know of issues that they have noted. The table below summarises the main issues noted. We will maintain this table until issues are resolved.

 

 


Issue Status / Notes
Clinical hours not counting Some hours may not currently reflect in your total if they were not correctly associated with an approved facility in UCCISv1. There is no need for immediate concern regarding this; our team will reconcile and correct these entries during your annual compliance check.
Core Skills are not counting properly This has been resolved.
Unable to add some activities

We are aware that some members can add activities and others cannot. We are aware of the problem and are working on it.

In most cases it is the “date picker” function that is not allowing this to happen.

We note that those using Safari browser are also experiencing difficulties. Please use an alternative browser for now, or wait until we have resolved the issue.

This continues to be worked on, and we will advise once it is resolved.

We are working on this. This is occurring due to tighter UCCIS v2 requirements. Most will need manual fixes at compliance time.
