My name is Albert Wu, I am a FRNZCGP and am currently working as the Medical Administration Registrar at Counties Manukau. I would like your opinion on rationalising the primary care inbox to streamline paperwork, as your time is valuable.
All clinically active and training General Practitioners, Urgent Care Physicians, and Nurse Practitioners in the Northern Region are invited to take part in this survey and make your voice heard.
The survey should take between 10-15 minutes to complete and has been approved bythe Northern Region (Primary Care) Clinical Governance Forum with input fromMedical Protection Society and the Health and Disability Commissioner.
This will inform a proposal to Northern Region Te Whatu Ora on appropriate communication between secondary and primary care if the responses warrant a recommendation to change current practice. This will also produce a research publication on the current state of primary care inbox management (covering clinical versus non-clinical hours). As responses are anonymous, submission of survey constitutes consent to participate in the research. Participation of this survey is voluntary and will not affect future employment or training.
