HealthCentral is looking for an Urgent Care Clinician to join our rural general practice based in Alexandra, Central Otago.

The successful candidate will join our existing team of experienced GPs, nurses & HCA’s working from a brand new, purpose built building.

We are a progressive & innovative practice delivering comprehensive services to the local community and visitors alike. Our dedicated Urgent Care service is open 8am to 6pm, seven days a week and provides timely, walk-in services without the need for appointments. With a strong emphasis on patient-centred care, HealthCentral brings together general practice, urgent care, and allied health services under one roof.

Our preferred candidate will:
• Ideally be looking for a permanent position.
• Be efficient and have experience working within an urgent care or similar setting
• Hold general registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand and be eligible to work in New Zealand.
