WBA’s and Workplace based assessments on TalentLMS course
For those of you who are on the 2025 training programme a reminder to please notify the TPC (Alex – tpc@rnzcuc.org.nz) when you have completed any of the workplace based assessments. She will be updating you on this as well. You can load the completed forms to UCCIS 2.0. If it is a DOPS please load both the DOPS form and the Core Skills List itself. Please read the updated TalentLMS course for trainees on Workplace Based Assessments (WBAs) and who can be an assessor. There is both orientation for assessors and training for registrars in two different modules. For trainees, please see to Workplace based assessments.
Adding your Workplace on UCCIS 2.0
In order to claim work hours you must enter an urgent care workplace on UCCIS 2.0. Ideally, if you have more than workplace you should set a primary workplace using the star icon.
Click Workplace in the left column, add your workplace, click the star to set it as your primary workplace, then select Add Urgent Care Workplace.

Adding your Supervisor on UCCIS 2
Remember, you must have a supervisor set up as well in UCCIS 2.0 and they must be an approved supervisor.
Registrar sub committee
As always if you need to make contact with the registrar subcommittee or if you are interested in joining this motivated group email regsc@rnzcuc.org.nz congratulations to our new Registrar Subcommittee Convenor Dr Samantha Scahill. Farewell and congratulations to Dr Carmen Chan who is now a Fellow.
