The Faculty na hÉireann (FNE) was created in 2021, then expanded with a name change (to the Ireland and UK Faculty, RNZCUC). Its objective is to actively promote and support initiatives for the recognition of Urgent Care as a specialty in Ireland and the United Kingdom.  With a growing number of doctors on the training and recertification programme, the faculty supports registrars with their RNZCUC training and Fellows with post-Fellowship work.
