Registrations are now open for the 2026 Wellbeing Advocates webinar, part of the RACP Wellbeing Advocates series exploring practical strategies to support doctor wellbeing and foster healthier medical workplaces.
This session focuses on self‑determination, self‑care, positive psychology, and how these approaches relate to doctor wellbeing and sustainable performance. Developing a strong sense of agency, aligning actions with personal values, and adopting practical wellbeing strategies can help doctors navigate challenges while continuing to thrive.
What the session will cover
Participants will gain practical tools and real‑life strategies, including:
- self‑care and positive psychology approaches
- building self‑determination and agency
- habit forming & breaking hacks
- goal setting and action‑taking
- interpersonal skills that support psychological safety
The session will conclude with practical takeaways and a live Q&A, offering space to reflect on strategies that support both personal wellbeing and a more sustainable culture in medicine.

By the end of this webinar, attendees will be able to:
