Hailing from the beautiful island nation of Sri Lanka, known as the Pearl of the Indian Ocean, Kushani began her academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, followed by a Master of Business Administration from the University of West London. Her educational background laid a solid foundation for her diverse career path. Back in Sri Lanka, Kushani’s career blossomed at the diplomatic mission of the High Commission of India, where she spent 7 enriching years in the Economic and Commercial division.
In 2022, driven by her passion for continuous learning and growth, Kushani moved to New Zealand to pursue further studies in Business Management. Upon her arrival in New Zealand, Kushani embarked on a new chapter at the Supply Chain Educational Institute before joining the Royal New Zealand College of Urgent Care as the College Administrator.
