The 2022 Urgent Care Bootcamp and Fellowship dinner will be held at the Rydges, Latimer Square, Christchurch, on September 17 and 18.
Please note this booking page is for attendees who are not members of the college, e.g. nurse practitioners, paramedics, allied health workers, resident medical officers, etc. Members, presenters, and recently-graduated Fellows will receive a link to other pages.
Refunds in the event of cancellation
The College cancellation refund policy does not adequately cover possible scenarios we may encounter due to the ongoing pandemic.
If the College cancels the event:
- We will refund any funds paid. The College is not liable for other expenses or costs incurred.
If you indicate that you cannot attend:
In principle, any sunk costs (ie costs we cannot ourselves get refunded back to us) cannot be refunded back to you. We will, of course, do our best to minimise these amounts and refund as much as we can.
- We will, subject to any non-refundable costs paid to the venue, honour the cancellation policy which states that we will refund 100% of funds paid if we receive notice that you cannot attend more than 15 working days before Bootcamp (26 August).
- After 26 August we will do our best to refund all funds other than costs we cannot ourselves get refunded back to us from the venue or other providers.
