Finlay's last day

It's Finn's final day working at the College. He's been with us for 18 months in the information system support role, and brought an extensive amount of data analysis knowledge with him. Now that we have UCCIS in place, we're not intending to replace him, but he will be supporting us in a casual position moving forwards.
You can still email him your thanks and support to finlay@rnzcuc.org.nz as we won't disable that account for a couple of weeks.
On behalf of the College, the staff, and of course myself, I'd like to thank Finn for all the hard work he's put in over the last 18 months, and wish him the best for his future.

Surveys

The remumeration and workforce survey is now closed, and we'll be publishing the results shortly.

Annual survey
Full members (and those recently paused) should have received an email today asking them to complete the annual survey. These surveys help us track how well we are doing and what improvements we could make so we can support you better. Please help us by taking time to complete them.

Quarterly supervision appraisals

All registrars are reminded that they must be meeting with their supervisor once every three months and loading the completed quarterly appraisal form into UCCIS.

A reminder to all registrars and supervisors that we have started a 100% check of supervision meeting records within UCCIS. Should we find that there are no records of meetings, we will first contact you to rectify but if there is no immediate action we will report you to the Education Committee
