We do hope that everyone had 'down time' during the summer break, or if not has some planned in the near future.

The office team have been working from home during any working days of the last fortnight, attending to background work, emails and the occasional phone message. We will be back in the office from Monday 9 January.

Peer group function within UCCIS
|
|
We've added in the peer group function within UCCIS. This means that the peer group coordinator can organise meetings, manage peer group members, load meeting minutes, and record your attendance.
|
|
There is a new icon on the left hand side of your UCCIS profile "peer group". When you click on this, you will see which peer group(s) you are in.
|
|
If you cannot see a peer group name, contact your peer group coordinator to be added to your peer group.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Important - load your quarterly supervision appraisal documents to UCCIS
|
|
We have informed all registrars and supervisors that we are about to embark on a 100% check of supervision meeting records within UCCIS. We will be commending this in the next few weeks.
|
|
All registrars are reminded that they MUST be meeting with their supervisor once every three months and MUST be loading the completed quarterly appraisal form into UCCIS.
|
|
From the date of adoption of this policy (August 2022), all registrars should have loaded at least two meeting records.
|
|
|
|

Seeking new registrar subcommittee members
|
|
The registrar subcommittee is seeking expressions of interest from registrars with an interest in governance, education and representing registrar interests within the College.
|
|
We would encourage all registrars from a range of backgrounds, locations, and experiences to apply. Please email regsc@rnzcuc.org.nz with your CV and a brief summary of why you are applying.
