Recertification webinar - 11 July at 6:30 pm

SAC webinar - July 18 at 6:30 pm
The structured annual conversation is a new component of the recertification programme and must be completed at the end of each CPD year. For those of you whose CPD year ends at the end of August, you should be starting to make plans for your SAC.
To help explain and demonstrate what is expected of an SAC we will be holding a webinar on July 18 at 6:30 pm.
There will be a presentation, including a demonstration of an SAC, followed by an opportunity for Q+A.

Upgrade to UCCIS

We’ve had another major build update for UCCIS. Most of the work was on the CPD plan, fixing bugs or updating the system to allow more functionality.
  • Fixed the timeline view to stop some items expanding across the whole line
  • Added the feature to allow us to develop special circumstance recertification pathway
  • We can now bring forward overdue items (should you not have completed them in the previous year) into this year’s CPD plan
  • Functions to allow the office to create new Fellow programmes correctly (was a previous bug)
  • Functions to improve tracking of activity or information needs, along with comments and check-by dates. Once running smoothly this will improve office efficiency.
Coming soon:
  • Peer group functionality, to allow one organiser to load minutes/notes from the peer group meeting and it disseminates into the CPD plans of everyone who attended
  • Training programme requirements (all components) visible on the CPD plan, as well as ongoing annual requirements
  • Supervisors will have the ability to view the CPD plan and training programme progress of those they are supervising.
If you haven’t already, please enable your account. We also recommend reading this information and viewing the webinars on that page.

Policy review

The College is conducting a review of several policies and seeking feedback from members.
If you have any comments on any of these policies, please send them by email to policy@rnzcuc.org.nz by 15 July.
