Patient Satisfaction Survey
The Patient Satisfaction Survey (PSS) is now replaced by the Multi-source Feedback Survey (MSFS). This is similar to the PSS, except it incorporates feedback from both colleagues and patients to give more accurate results. The PSS should not be used, and after 1 June will not be accepted for CPD purposes.

Registrar webinars
The registrar subcommittee is organising monthly informal registrar-led registrar study sessions on zoom. These are likely to be an excellent resource for UCPEX. Information on these webinars will be sent out in this newsletter and posted on the registrars' Facebook group. We plan to record these sessions so those who cannot attend are able to watch at a later date.
