Tēnā koutou,

Professor Felicity Goodyear-Smith and Dr Kyle Eggleton of the University of Auckland Department of General Practice & Primary Health Care have been leading a series of surveys of staff at NZ primary care clinics since May 2020. They’ve been sending out via GP and nursing channels, but have realised that they may have missed urgent care clinics, which are also key players in COVID-19 testing strategies. They have conducted four surveys already. The results of the 4th survey are available online.

We invite you to participate in the fortnightly surveys, which take about 3 minutes to complete. As well as the RNZCGP, GPNZ, PMAANZ, RGPN, NZMA and a number of individual PHOs, as well as the media, the results are going directly to the Chief Science Adviser for the Ministry of Health, who sends them on to key policy-makers, so we encourage you to have your voice included.

Please feel free to pass on this invite to others. You may receive this invite from different sources but please only complete it once per fortnight. Survey 5 is open until Thur 27th August.
Please contact Felicity Goodyear-Smith, f.goodyear-smith@auckland.ac.nz for more information.
The study is approved by the University of Auckland Human Participants Ethics Committee on 11/05/20 for three years.
