• Conveniently located on the Kapiti Coast just 5 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes from the Wellington CBD!
Team Medical is a locally owned recently renovated practice working in association with Green Cross Health. We are an integrated family health centre passionately providing a full range of GP Care to our enrolled patients and Urgent Care for accidents and urgent medical needs to our community.
As a key health hub to the Kapiti Coast our GP services typically operate Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. Our Urgent Care services operate 7 days a week from 8am – 10pm. We offer full X-Ray facilities on site and are co-located with a pharmacy next door.

About the Position and You:
We have an opportunity for 2 Urgent Care Doctors ( Senior Registrar or Fellow ) to join us on a permanent part time and full time basis working with skilled UC & GP clinician and administration kaimahi.
They are a minimum 20 hour per week or 35 hour rostered role worked over 7 days – Monday to Sunday
You will bring to the role:
• Sound clinical and service skills enabling you to fully utilize your experience
• Great communication skills at all levels with patients, their whānau and your whānau kaimahi colleagues
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Good computer literacy – MedTech / Evolution experience preferred
• FRNZCUC or working towards achieving the fellowship qualification in Urgent Care in the next six months
• Ability to provide healthcare to a full range of people in our community
• You must be registered with current practicing and appropriate ACLS advanced certification.
• Be legally eligible to work in New Zealand
