Have you ever read the warnings on an Otrivin bottle! This is a nice post to reassure us we will be most safe using topical decongestants in hypertensive of heart failure patients. In NZ there is no warning on the bottle but obviously there is in US. All oral decongestants carry a warning for heart failure and HT.
