Most of the work of the College is done by members of the Executive Committee,  working closely with the office staff, comprising a full-time general manager, and two other full-time operational staff – a training programme coordinator, and an information support and systems analyst.

The College also employs two urgent care Fellows – a director of professional development, who is responsible for Fellows, and a director of clinical training, for registrars.

Other College members contribute to the College work ad-hoc, including, for example, a podcast project, and a registrar support initiative.
