Major projects and initiatives are an essential part of organisational development, and the College has been making great steps forward in many areas.
|
|
The downside is that sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, they all land at the same time. This has happened to us, and it's an exciting but very busy time. See my post for a long list of current projects and initiatives.

With a lot moving in the background right now, I am mindful of the pressure on the office team. We truly value your support in keeping our communications positive and constructive during this busy spell. Please bear with us a little longer than usual for resolutions; your patience really makes a difference to the team’s morale while they work hard on your behalf.

Workplace based assessments (WBA)

Finally....there is now a course in TalentLMS covering WBA requirements. Contents include explanations of each of the WBA types, how they fit into the training programme, when they should be completed, who can be the assessor, and how to load into UCCIS. This course is aimed at trainees, with another course (WBA orientation) aimed at supervisors/assessors.

Our DPD creates some great CME quizzes, including the Essential Knowledge Quiz (required for training programme and recertification programmes).
