Already two months into the new calendar year, and it feels like we are 'full steam ahead' already.
|
|
The new society rules, governance changes, bedding in of the new training programme, the impending UCCIS update, and migration of all learning resources to TalentLMS are keeping us all very busy in the office and committees.
|
|
I am very wary of "change fatigue", recognising it as a real risk that needs to be addressed. I will be emphasising this to the Executive and Education committees. My aim for 2026 is the consolidation of policies, processes, and activities, with minimal introduction of new initiatives.
|
|
|

CEO notes
There is much I could mention, but I will stick to my top three:

- AGM - please note the AGM date, and that ther vice Chairperson position becomes vacant. We are seeking nominations for those wishing to stand for this position.
- UCCIS - I will be communicating important information soon about a significant update to UCCIS. It will mean 'downtime' for a week or so in mid March, so please look out for that email.
- Save the date (18-20 Sep 26) for Bootcamp, 25th anniversary celebration, and Fellowship ceremony.
