As well as information about the AGM, we have a few reports this month, with important information especially for registrars.

AGM
The AGM takes place Tuesday 25 March at 6pm (NZ time). The AGM will be held online using the Zoom webinar functionality. Reports will be available for viewing online ahead of the meeting.

The period for nominations for the Executive Committee and any agenda items closed on Monday 10 March.
|
Nominated for the Executive Committee are:

- Adrianne Pimentel (a current member)
- Tae Yoon Young
As the number of nominees is less than the positions available, both nominees will be (re)appointed to the Executive Committee at the AGM without the need for member voting.

Attendance/apology/proxy/voting
|
A link to confirm your attendance or record your apology, proxy nomination (someone who can vote on the night on your behalf), and online voting page will be sent to all full financial members around 3pm Tuesday 18 March.
|
This year the Executive Committee will propose an increase in the membership fee to $1300 (GST excl), and that those registrars funded by Te Whatu Ora for their training programme costs are charged a membership fee that is 50% of the regular membership fee. The preformance report for 2024 and budget report for 2025 will be available online next week.

Our DPD creates some great CME quizzes, including the Essential Knowledge Quiz (required for training programme and recertification programmes).
|
|
