We've been asked to share, urgently, the NZWIM workforce survey with members. It is for ALL genders and all stages of training. The survey closes on 31 October.

This survey is commissioned by NZ Women in Medicine and is seeking the voices of doctors working in Aotearoa. The survey is looking at workforce sustainability, retention and patterns of diversification and attrition.

The results will be shared with Minister of Health, and Te Whatu Ora Commissioner and CE, along with a media release as NZWIM have done in previous years.
